Soy Chunks Momo Recipe: Great Alternative for Vegetarians!!
Soy chunks Momo is very popular among both vegetarians as well as non-vegetarians in my hometown in Nepal. It is mainly considered as a street food and is well loved by younger generations. Whenever, we have a momo party here in the States, I rarely see people making momos out of soy chunks for vegetarians. It is either they have never tasted one back home or it might be that they do not know the process of making one. I have tasted several alternatives (potato, cabbage, scallion, etc) but none of them are as good as the one made out of soy chunks. Keeping the fact in mind that all of us may not know the recipe of the yummy Soy Chunks Momo, here i present you the step by step process to make the vegetarian version of our national food "MOMO."
