  • Oil (4-6 table spoons)

  • Cilantro/Green onion finely chopped for garnishing.
Note: You can skip Serrano and Red Chili Powder.

Directions:
  1. Microwave potatoes for 6 minutes ( you can boil if you would like. I am too lazy). Cut them in a cube size.
  2. Put all of the mentioned ingredients together. Except fenugreek, oil, cilantro/green onion and lime juice.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Once heated, add fenugreek seeds and wait until it is brownish black. Pour it over the ingredients (Be Extremely Careful while doing this).
  4. Add lime juice and yogurt. Give all these ingredients a good mix. Also add 1-3 table spoons of water and mix to give the mixture a smooth texture.
  5. Finally, Garnish with finely chopped cilantro or green onion.
